Nanette Traylor has been a Mortgage Industry Professional for 29 years with a concentration on Underwriting since 1984. Nanette is equally at home with the largest of national mortgage bankers to smaller, more nimble and more service centric regional and local mortgage bankers.

Direct Equity Mortgage has recruited Nanette to be the Senior Underwriter for their lending division. Nanette's vast product knowledge, significant experience and can-do attitude make her the best choice to grow Direct Equity. Loan officers, processors, funders and all other team members find Nanette's common-sense approach to the underwriting profession a real plus.

Some have gone on to nick name her the "deal maker". Nanette is at home with FHA, VA, Fannie Mae/FHLMC Conforming as well as Jumbo and Super Jumbo files. Size and high volume of loan activity is an environment she truly thrives upon. Nanette, a Utah native, is currently based at the Direct Equity Mortgage's Nevada headquarters.
